I’m Greg - owner of Peak Performance Training – Maryville and the Head Performance Coach. I specialize in helping both athletes and adults improve their performance - whether in the athletic arena or in everyday life - through structured, high-quality coaching. I work with youth athletes on speed, power, and long-term development, and I also coach adults who want to build strength, feel better, and thrive in their daily routines.
I grew up as a multi-sport athlete and went on to play collegiate football at the University of St. Thomas (MN). Later in my career, injuries gave me the opportunity to work closely with Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Therapists, which sparked my passion for helping people perform at their highest level - whether that means competing on the field or showing up stronger for everyday life.
My coaching philosophy blends high-level performance training with mentorship, accountability, and personal development. I encourage everyone who steps into our gym to set big goals - goals that feel daunting, ambitious, and maybe even unattainable at first. Peak is built for the dreamers, adults and athletes alike. And just like those who train with us, we are always Climbing Higher toward our own goals right alongside you.
